Woop woop! Ive had a cracking start to September. Quidco paid out, Amazon paid out and ebay sales finished. So I've got a whacking £147.27 heading it's way into my current account.
    October make £10/day currently £11.02
  • Ooh this looks good. I haven't got anything yet although a payout from topcashback should come any day now........... :o)
My favourite hobby is cutting up credit cards and bills whilst eating chocolate! ;)
  • Afternoon everyone, good to see so many fab starts to the month! I've had a good start too :D Did some overtime on Monday…I counted 3 hours of it in the August challenge but ended up staying for 4 hours, so I‘m adding extra £5.73 now. I know it’s probably cheating, but I’ve already declared for August :p Also got some Ebay money to add - again probably cheating as the auctions actually finished in August, but I was only able to post yesterday with it being bank holiday so counting it as Sept money! £57.68 after all fees and postage (still another £8 or so to come...grrr, hate having to make several trips to the post office, for buyers who take ages to pay!) £4 tips at work. Lightspeed £1.

Well I have just ordered a £10 Debenhams Voucher from ConsumerPulse and I am adding it to my September total as that is when I will receive it:D I now have £30 of Debenhams vouchers to put towards a new mac:cool:

Don't buy it this week - wait until next Wed/Thur/Fri of next week as there is going to be another one of their 20 % or 25% off events across the whole store :p

Attempting to pay off our debts! Balances Jan 2018 -
    Family member £3,700 - Virgin CC £1,000 - MBNA £1,700 - Barclaycard £2,500 (was £2,700) - Halifax CC £1,280

  • Hi All

Hope I am doing this right -

£2.40 saved on parking (parked out of town and walked in)
£1.96 refund on daps found in DD1s cupboard that I bought and didnt fit her (was past 28 days but kind lady in shop refunded anyway).
£1.40 saved on shopping by switching usual toliet rolls for one on offer.

Strangely, I have been given a few bits of food, so saved on that (e.g Mum gave ne two packets of bacon and some bread, as she was going away etc) but I wasn't sure if this counts.

You can count whatever you want. The really strict way is to count only money that you actually make extra on top of your normal wages. Lots of us count money saved at the supermarket too. I try to count mostly extra money that I make, to keep in step with the original title of this thread, which is to make £10 a day rather than save it.... but I do admit to using the supermarket trick to bump my total up!
