Removing defaults!

Hi
I am in a dispute with my cc company, who have charged me a lot of money for unlawful charges espec when i had my tax credits stopped and couldn't pay them. They are willing to give th charges back but refuse to take off the default.
Has anyone been able to do this with any company?

Its very rare they will remove defaults, great news that you got the money back. The default will go after 6 years.Barclaycard 3800
Nothing to do but hibernate till spring
