Hi,
I'm looking for some advice, and wondered if any of you lovely people could help me
?
Basically I am signed up to You Gov, and have been filling in surveys for what seems like an age. Back in June I reached the £50 pay out target - however before I realised that they still had my old address on the system they had sent the cheque out. I contacted them asking them to cancel the cheque and resend it to my new address, but have heard nothing. I have repeatedly emailed them through the contact section on the website, and have sent a letter to them, but have never had any response.
Half of me thinks I should just forget it, but its £50 and it took me an age to earn and if I dont get it, I wasted goodness how long filling in surveys - that trickled through once in a blue moon.
Does anyone know if there is a governing body that these surveys sites are part of, that I could write to - or can anyone give me any other advice?
Sorry for the long post!
