repossesion of house

hi

i was bankrupted in 2007 and discharged in the same year. the trustees have refused to agree a value on my home and are now looking to reposes it. at the end of 2008 i had an accident and damaged my back and have now been disabled. can i use this to force the trustees to back off and stop the reposession?

    about 10k in total. they have agreed that my wife owns 60% of that. they want 19k from her as when i was bankrupted they said there was 50k of equity in june 2007. dont seem right that as the property is worth so much less then back then.
