You're an amazing person! Sending you lots of positive vibes today - keeping everything crossed!20K by Xmas 2010 (10 in 10 challenge - debt):
Debt: £799.21/£10500
Savings: £0 / £95000 -
Drum roll over........Uncross everything.... exhale..... take a break from the positive vibes... IT WORKED!! I have my all clear. Mr Bala has decided that even though my right breast tissue is very hard and lots of scar tissue blah, blah (following my Wide Local Incision and lympth node removal) it can stay where it is as the mammogram was clear. I'm low on iron... but I couldn't care less I can do iron tablets easy peasy.
What a relief.... I had no idea how much it was bothering me until they said I was OK. Don't get me wrong I'm usually a cup half full type of gall but I was beginning to think the universe was picking on me...... Life is great. My angel was with me as always.... still there every heartbeat Jo.
Thank you so much for all your lovely messages.
OK, we're off out with my sisters later, I'm lucky enough to have 4 they have all been screaming and laughing on the phone< i sometimes don't realise how much they worry for me, bless em.
Will now get on with my DF challenge..... I feel like I can move a mountain now just need a bit of a nap first, I'm completely shattered...... no pleasing some people :-)
Thanks again xxxDFW Nerd No 1218 :T0 -

Morning everyone. Thank you so much for the messages.
I had a great time last night, I had to come home before 10 though cos I just couldn't keep my eyes open..... so tired, it must be relief kicking in. Still can't stop smiling. I'm pleased it's a bank holiday and for the first time in ages OH is not working for 2 days, we haven't planned anything much just want to catch up on chores here and spend time with the Grandsons (we have one each which is the fairest way lol).
Anyway, I digress. Now that I really feel I can plan for a future I need to get things sorted. Onto the debt busting. I am going over to my office this morning (haven't been there for a while) and will collect all my personal debt stuff. I kinda of left in there telling myself it was better filed there, but really it was to keep it out of mind and sight at home. Just plain stupid.
I am going to work out exactly where I am at with everything and then write it all down and start writing letters. I am convinced that two of my CC's have added nearly 2K to balances in charges and interest so I need to work out what (if anything) I can do about that. My mortgage is OK (ish) but very high. OH has his loans and CC up to date, thank God, but mine are in a right mess. I so want to hang onto my business and I have a personal tax bill of £890 that isn't going to go away..... the list is long but I can do this.
I'm rambling now, I need to get the paperwork and do that horrible bit first. I have my gorgeous Grandson coming today at 3 so will try and get it done around that.
Hope everyone is OK.DFW Nerd No 1218 :T0 -

Excellent news. I can't even begin to understand how relieved you must feel. Enjoy the weekend (and every day after that!) I'm sure you'll have no problem conquering the debt0
