Given Up.Doh! I just spent a serious amount of time analysing the local property market (two sales and a rental) to come to a very detailed and profound conclusion, voted on that basis and, by doing that, deleted my post....:o
So, hard luck, you'll all have to wait till next month now! MSE's loss, I'm afraid.
Looking on the positive side, I'm fairly confident that the same 3 properties will still be there next month.

interesting times - my property is on the market at present, valued in Q1 and now in Q3 Nationwide are telling me is it worth approx 5.3% more.
The viewings have certainly picked up so it must be on the money now, thoughts of raising the price have even crossed my mind!0 -

If the viewings have picked up, but the views are not turning into buyers, raising the price probably won't help!0 -
agree, my point was it appears the pricing is in that 'zone' more now
there have been offers and overall the activity certainly has picked up - probably driven by all the elements discussed this thread0 -

of course you can and you certainly did but that doesn't make it right.
it's a wrong statement. you may think it's right but it's wrong...
viewings do have a direct correlation with houses being purchased...0 -
The water has got decidely muddier since you arrived chucky

I simply said raising the price when you are getting viewings, but the viewings are not turning into buyers, probably isn't the best idea....for one, you might have one of those viewrs looking to offer, then they see you put the price up.
Simples. Now how about you stop trying to shake and stir what was actually said
