Hi
We are in the process of remortgaing, we have sent all the nesserceery paperwork to the solicitors and the broker we are using spoke to them just before Easter and they said it was all clear after this. We haven't heard anything since Easter now, is this normal. Its been 4 weeks since we started the process so I thought we would have at least a completion date by now.
Many Thanks

There is a quiet period where admin goes on behind the scenes and it appears nothing is happening. How long this takes would depend on your circumstances and what is required. I suggest you are better off asking the broker rather than on here.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
