Need need help in getting unpaid wages from Teletech

I worked for a short spell with Teletech for which they have not paid me. I had contacted them about it but they have not been very helpful.

If anyone else has had experience with problems in getting wages paid from Teletech please can they contact me. I need help in knowing how to what to do, what legal help I can seek or any other advice that may be useful.

If you have paperwork confirming the amount to be paid, write them a letter giving them reasonable time to pay you or you will take them to the small claims court.

If they don't pay send them a LBA (Letter before action) givign them another x days to pay, if they don't file papers.

Its cheap easy and most of it can be done on-line.

This is generic advice to getting unpaid wages regardless of who they are.
