Do I make my next lot of payments, or cancel the DD's before my cccs apt?

I am going to talk to a cccs counselor on the 10th sept and have talked through with my partner and have decided that bankruptcy is my best course at the moment.
I know that I need to seek advice from cccs first.
I also will need to save the money that I should be paying to my creditors for the bankruptcy fees and money to live on while my accounts are frozen. Should I cancel my Direct Debits for my loans and then give the chasing creditors my cccs reference or let this months payments process?
advice welcome....
thanks

IF you are fairly certain that the advisor will mention BR and it is the course of action you are going to take then cancel all but essential DD's and save the money for BR. If creditors ring then tell them you are seeking advice from the CCCS and someone will be in touch shortly.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
