Ok max recoveries letter is dated 15/10/09 with a dated stamp off eversheds for the 19/10/09 saying they have received it. Also in red pen is a date 25/7/06. At the bottom of the letter it says "I enclose the most recent version of the credit agreement that is applicable to this account as amended.Section 78 of the CCA and the regulations provide that the documents provided under Section 78 do not have to contact, think that was suppose to say contain..lol any signatures or signature blocks.. So iv received photocopies of condition of use and cancellation absolutely nothing to prove its my debt..cover letter off fairfax dated 28/10/09.
Whats my next move?

Ok update for you. I received another letter today with a photocopy of my application dated 17/10/1996. What do i do now? They have taken their time to actually send this out in the first place as stated in my last request above0

Can you scan the paperwork they sent you and send it in a PM to never-in-doubt who can tell you if it meets the legal requirements.
