Skin Firming Cream

Hello

Can anybody recommend a good skin firming cream for thighs/bottom?

I am slim and go to the gym often, but i'm not happy with the skin on my thighs/bottom, i would like it to look firmer!

I have tried the Nivea skin Firming cream, but it doesn't really seem to be working.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Jannine.

Wow that is a surprise :rotfl: it seems money and fools are still easily parted

  • I can't advise on a cream but I do think healthy eating and not smoking makes a big difference to the skin and firmness all over the body, of course this may be something you are already doing.. I have also heard of some salon treatments which are supposed to be good for this sort of thing but can't think what they are called right now.

Absolutebounder, with all beauty products some work and some don't it doesn't make someone a fool for trying them.

Thanks for that - very useful advice. Spending 4.00 on a skin cream that moisturises and firms is hardly money wasting! Have you ever heard the term 'if you haven't got anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?'

TBh any oil massaged in will help - its the massage that makes the difference (if any) as its like exercising the skin if you see what i mean

    Coconut oil is very good

I find that dry brushing and regular exfoliation in the shower, followed by a good moisturiser makes a difference quite quickly... I use sesame oil on my skin - cheap and very good, it penetrates easily. Almond oil is very , very good too. Try different lotions/oils until you find the one you like most...and drinks lot of water, ou can't go worng with that one.

Of course, exercise - walk, climb, etc... I remember years ago, I went home for Christmas and when I came back (one week later) I hated the state of my thighs after a week of hearty eating and sofa...I took myself to the swmming pool and started walking briskly everywhere+ dry brushing every day befre my shower... did improve, at least my perception of it :D

I second the skin-brushing recommendation - also massage of any oil (the Body Shop Monoi (Miracle) Oil is good and lasts forever) or cream. Also your diet and exercise have to be up to speed - additionally, a supplement of Flaxseed or Linseed.
