Personalised Chocolate Bars - Anyone got a template

Was thinking of doing some personalised Chocolate Bars (KitKat) for my sons Party, I was sure I had seen a link on here for some templates. Can anyone help?

Don't know how to do direct link to chocolate bars but there are some there

I bought some for my son's 3 rd birthday, with postman pat on them. I really wanted my oh to do them, but he is so busy at the moment. I found them on ebay, 18 wrappers for £2.50 free delivery with postman pat on. Just fitted a kit kat exactly.
