Anyone know any good deals for an 80% LTV mortgage?

We found a lifetime tracker at base + 2.59% but on a technicality cannot get it approved quick enough.
We have a 20% deposit but really cant get together 25% and are struggling to find decent rates for 80%LTV. There dont seem to be many out there and the rates for 90% are so high.
Does anyone know of where we could look? We were quite keen on the idea of a lifetime tracker but it doesnt have to be, we'll consider anything.
