Dunno I'm not on here 24/7. Then again I'm not massively indebted praying for a bailout from someone so I have no need. :rotfl:
What is it about the mentality and psyche of bulls that they flame and bait the bears who simply want cheaper housing for all and a more stable economy where money is spent on more goods and services apart from financing a ridiculous mortgage?

Wow at that picture! I thought it was Les Dawson walking the earth again with a 'chav party' campaigner. Just thinking, can you buy them genders tests over the counter now?

I think all BTL'ers should expire to look like that couple. It's what making money is all about.

congratulations, i'm impressed. i'll move you up to number 2 on my list of MSE posters whom i'm in awe of, just behind "chucknorris" and his amazing stock market investments and BTL empire.

Whats amazing about my stock market investments? They are pretty unamazing IMO, just some share ISA's ftse trackers and a small amount of none ISA shares, and worth about 10% less than I paid into them! Unless you are refering to 'amazing' bad luck buying BT shares just before the 'techno crash' a while back.

As for my BTL empire it only comprises of 4 flats and half a house (my wife owns the other half), although performing much better than my shares, I wouldn't say they were 'amazing'.

Hi, this is my favourite line from the report.

"Sometimes buying several houses a day the couple, both in their 60s, amassed £180million at their highest point in 2008 - before the housing market crash more than halved their fortune."

However in his radio broadcast last year, Fergus Wilson said he would be OK as he has only got houses which won't fall in value unlike flats . How wrong could he be :rotfl:Broadcast below:

but Brit your multiple [STRIKE]trolling[/STRIKE] personalities are getting confusing now. make your mind up...

Do you know why he selling? There quit a few landlords I know selling now in Berkshire. I sold one of mine a few weeks ago to make my portfolio a little sturdier due to the climate.

    The Wilsons

    Schroedingers really Fat Cats.

they are extremely rich while at the same time have nothing if you include the debt in your calculation.

for all we know, my pet canary could be wealthier NET than they are. It is certainly wealthier than banks that are actually bust without taxpayer support.

Whatever they did surely did not deserve the punishment of wearing that outfit?

Shame their good fortunes didn't give them either dress sense or the urge to go and get plastic surgery and liposuction... what an ugly couple. :D

very true - it's a similar pose and look of the picture that Shakerbaby and his wife Mewbie have on their mantelpiece at home

True. Rather like the one that you and Dan have - except, of course, you two always wear matching. You both look lovely in the Burberry check. :)
