Twice now I have complained (well, actually 3 times, but two past orders) the fist time, after 4 weeks of waiting, they told me "wait a bit longer" and that I was being inpatient! Package eventually arrived a week later.
The second time I complained they said I had to sign a bit of paper and they would send it to me. A week later, no bit of paper....sent me an email to day after I demanded they did.

Terrible customer service if you ask me, its been a waste of my time, an embarassment to me and my friends and what I don't understand is how they can be so lousy and not have the corrier at least report unable to deliver/uable to find address/left with neighbour or whatever the reason is.
Sorry for the rant! I just am so annoyed and want my money back! Seems I have a few weeks to wait till that happens! I have had no real apology, think QVC seriously need to pull themselves together!- even Royal Mail's delivery service is better then the one they offer!
