DLA isnt taken into consideration for a DRO, you should let the OR know but it will be taken straight out as disability expenditure. So your financial statement will remain the same
Why would you want to apply for bankruptcy if you have a DRO???

the back dated pay isn't allowed, on a dro like it is in bankruptcymand it is considered income0

WOW thats good for you however I am unsure if this will impact on your DRO. Its not in our intermediary notes! Give the DRO unit a bell tomorrow, best to be upfront. Not your fault after all, just make sure you tell them it is backdated DLA. Good luck
If it was revoked, then yeah you could go bankrupt but would need to declare this back payment

thank you for your reply, i call the dro office to enquire when i got my dro, and they said back dated payments are classed as income-just my luck, shall i tell them tomorrow or when i get the back dated pay? it could be 6 weeks before i recieve the money and i have none spare now and i am worried about my creditors piling on the interest and hounding me again.
can you go bankrupt after a dro?
will they take my backed benefits into consideration if i go for bankruptcy? and why?
