Advice please

Hi to everyone,
Would we be able to keep the house. £900 mortgage and £650 secured loan but rentals are around £900 in our area.

There is no guarantee as that is a high repayment, If i was in your position I would be thinking carefully if i could afford it. You would be £650 a month better off if you went into rented, although it would not make much difference during your BR and if a IPA were imposed once its all done with you would be massivly better off...
If keeping your home is important it is down to your OR but he couldnt do anything straight away.
  • Thanks nervousmother, I would like to keep the house because hubby has just got a new job in Dubai and I am staying here with the girls
