Realistic Meal Planning and Budgeting Help!

Hi All
Myself and the OH have just bought a new house, going to be moving in in November. As we are currently working out all our numbers I have been trying to work out our food budget. We would ideally not want to spend any more than £150 a month on food for the 2 of us. I enjoy cooking and after reading many of the posts on here am keen to get into batch cooking and meal planning.
Have had a go at planning a months worth of meals, just wondered if you experts could cast your eyes over it and let me know if it is realistic on the budget we are setting ourselves?!
Week1
Mon - Fajitas with salad
Tues - Pasta Bake with Tuna, prawns, mushrooms, peppers & white wine cream sauce
Weds - HM Pizza and wedges
Thurs - Chicken Curry & Naan bread
Fri - Pork chops/Chicken in cider cream & mushroom sauce with new pots and veg
Sat - Spag bol and garlic bread
Sun - Roast chicken, roast pots, cauli&broc cheese, peas, carrots, stuffing and gravy
Week 2
Mon - Burgers/Veggie Burgers, eggs, wedges & spaghetti hoops
Tues - Fried up roast dinner leftovers
Weds- Chicken and veg stirfry
Thurs- Spag Bol and garlic bread
Fri - HM Fishcakes, wedges and peas
Sat - Chicken & veg pasta bake
Sun - Shepherds Pie
Week 3
Mon - rice stuffed peppers, wedges and salad
Tues - Chilli con carne
Weds - Pasta Bake with Tuna, prawns, mushrooms, peppers & white wine cream sauce
Thurs - Chicken curry and naan bread
Fri - Spag Bol
Sat - HM Pizza and wedges
Sun - Roast chicken, roast pots, cauli&broc cheese, peas, carrots, stuffing and gravy
Week 4
Mon - chicken pasta bake
Tues- Fried up roast dinner leftovers
Weds - Burgers/Veggie Burgers, eggs, wedges & spaghetti hoops
Thurs - Spag Bol
Fri - Some kind of fish(whatever is on offer!) new potatoes and veg
Sat - Chicken curry
Sun - Sausages and mash
Lunchs will be a variety of soups, sandwichs & paninis.
Am going to get into baking again so hopefully we will have some nice sweet treats to look forward to!
I dont eat red meat so will be subsituting with veggie mince or chicken.
Am going to attempt to batch cook up mince for spag bols etc. Roast up large chickens to get a few meals worth of meat from, use carcases for stock, to make soups.
Any advice and guidence would be much appreciated!!!
