Earliest ED i've seen is around 5 and a bit months......its NEVER a guarantee though even if the OR said "it may be likely" all depends on office workload etc ED is a very very low priority job & can be shoved to the bottom of the pile at any time...
best to just forget about it for now....till then your in for 12mnths IF your lucky enough to get an ED then it'll comeWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -

Yes you have read the manual right but the only query i have is how do you know your OR actually wrote to your creditors when they said they would? They have 8 wks from your bc date to notify your creditors.
If yours did do it straight away HIMP they would be reviewing your case for ED about now,so they would still have to wait 28 days after sending notice to your creditors, to get any objections back. If that really is how it happened for you you could be looking at middle oct at the earliest i would say. Would not hurt to start looking on the IS website in about a month;).DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

How Dalip
My OR rang to clarify something and told me he was sending letter that day which was in my 2nd week of bankruptcy.
Amazed how easy this has been no interview and didnt supply bank statements.
No IPA as majority of income is benefits, which i thought was a little strange as not income is benefits but i didnt argue . What worries me is if i get a IPOQ then may decide differnetly0 -
Yes they sometimes pass cases on to another person so could see why you would be"worried" but fingers crossed........you will slip the net.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau
