Hi there people, sorry for my first post being a help required one ,i have lurked here for quite a while and it was on here thhat i saw the Alliance and Leicster 3.99% fixed deal.I applied for this and started paperwork etc in march but due to a few problems it has only gone thru.The deal was 3.99 5 yr fixed,no fees and valuation(refunded when complete)
When the paperwork arrived the deal stated was 4.89% and when i querid this i was told that due to high demand the paperwork was all they had but not to wory it would all be sorted their end,after checking on here it seemed to be a comon thing,forward almost 5 months and paperwork came in yesterday and they have set me up on 4.89%.
PLEASE HELP:mad::mad:

Are you saying that you signed the paperwork which clearly stated 4.89%?0

Check the original A&L thread as I'm sure other people had paperwork sent out with a non 3.99% rate on it. You might get a bit info as to how that panned out on there.
I got this mortgage and am well pleased as I haven't seen a better deal yet :j0 -
i have tried searching for the alliance and leicster thread but cant find it0

Can only suggest that you get back on to them pronto, but if the house has only just gone through then the deal may expire after 3 months anyway.
