Credit agreements
I have a loan with Natwest. I didn't ask for insurance with it as they always find a reason to not pay up anyway. However I have just seen that they have taken a one off payment for insurance from my account. I have asked to see a copy of my credit agreement and insurance certificate but they have refused to send me it. I have contacted the Ombudsman and they have written to Natwest but they are ignoring them as well. What can I do?
