Simply Games - down the pan?

I ordered from them mid April, but have not had a despatch. My order says 'in progress' but I have tried ringing (even the fax number) and both are unobtainable. Are they down the pan?

You ordered from them mid april? So about 10 days since? That doesnt seem that long really as it says usually despatched within 24hours as I have just seen on the website it is quite some time.
Have you been dialling the 0845 6016649 number? Or tried emailing them? If you email they will reply within 24 working hours - and they work Monday to Friday so I guess if you email now they would reply by Wednesday?
I dont think that they have gone down the pan though - maybe there has been a glitch with your order?!Weight Loss - 102lb0 -
I have been emailing for the past week. Absolutely no reply. I have pressed the cancel button on the order but nothing actually changes. I have rung the phone and fax numbers and both are unobtainable. BT says they are not connected. I would be very surprised if this is just a glitch.
By my count, mid April does not make it 10 days, even if I ordered on 14th, that would still be 14 days. But in any case I checked the order and it was on 9th April and it is still 'in progress'.0 -
Did you receive anything yet? I placed an order same time as you, nothing received. Like you I have emailed with no response received.
I haven't been charged as yet but want the goods. If Simply Games can't supply them I'll go elsewhere but I can contact them to find out what's going on

Nothing. As you, I haven't been charged either but they have my card details and I was waiting for an order. I have made enquiries with Andromeda entertainment (the parent company) but as yet have had no reply. BT say the phone and fax are not connected. So the only conclusion I can say is that they are down the pan. If you look at the website, then you will see that their latest release games include some that are already on release making me think the website is not even monitored now. I have emailed the webserver telling them that if it is not live it should be removed. Order elsewhere and watch the bank statement!0 -
