I've been on a BT Pay & Call Debt payment plan since December & just realised i've finally paid off the £210.53 I owed to them. They'd already sent it to Moorcroft Debt Recovery & when I set up this plan Moorecroft were still hassling me. I'd originally offered to pay MC £50 a month & all they could sayw as we'll come out to do a housecall. Probably to intimidate me. I hate Debt recovery people! And why are they never female? I don't like strange men calling round being aggressive, but if they had women that would be sympathetic & if they'd agree arrangements on the phone maybe they'd get money back quicker!

Great news I love the feeling of telling people to go jump, I don't have to deal with them again. Moorcroft has female call centre staff they are as useless as the males.
Still waiting for aresponse to my full and final settlement offer.Barclaycard 3800

lol the debt collectors always seem to be male! I normally daren't answer the door. The guy who lived here before me has worse credit, there's been people coming wanting to arrest him, thank god he was a he, else they might think it's me!0

It used to be that when you were making regular monthly payments off a debt, no matter how small, that the creditors had no legal right to hassle you. I dont know if that has changed but I once paid off a £30 bill at 50p a week because I had no money and I just sent the amount every week. They accepted it without sending any more letters and I eventually paid it off.The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

I can't wait to get started with CCCS, just hope I have enough to offer them a month. Only problem is I can only tell them the debts on my credit files as the rest I have no info on0
