Thanks to our friends on the board we have access to the OR's manual.
By the way, in case anyone is concerned - this is perfectly legal.
Is there any way that we can get a "hard copy" rather than printing it out?
I have a strong feeling the answer might be no!

Not really sure...I would imagine NO but it is a public document & with freedom of information you could ask...although I imagine it'd be a "cut down" version for public use...let alone up to date as wellWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

Be aware that the version online is:
a) Usually not as up to date as the internal version.
b) Is missing some chapters and important Technical Notices (TNs).
So it can be useful, but not quite the "holy grail".Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Yes very true Fermi - it's not entirely up to date and sections are "missing"
So rather than say the "Holy Grail" maybe it's best to call it "useful" - and not quite set in stone.0 -
where can it be viewed?...I'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j
