My first post about me and my debt!

Just a suggestion from my own recent experience...(for what its worth!) I've now done a more organised spreadsheet that contains monthly income/ougoings divided into DDM/So then Cash/daily expenses & them emergency/birthday/once a years like car tax etc...then arranged for my salary to go to main account with money immediately transferring to 2 separate accounts, DDm & savings...this wany I feel in control of my money 100%. The money that goes into DDM means that the money is sorted for bills so no late payment fees or worrying that a DDm wil go out leaving me short so much less stressful that "the old way". The savings gets interest but also means that I dont use my credit card at all (my first goal to get them paid off) thus avoiding temptation although the thought of using one makes me feel quite anxious now & I no longer have one in my purse! The money left in my account is "mine" but still tryingt o keep (& beat!) the set budget & will then pay additional in credit card at the end of the month with money lef, although setting up a few hundred pounds emergency, emergency fund first for security!! My turn to apologise for long post..re the gym I used to be a member od David Lloyd & have to say that I now love the LA - people are much more friendly on the whole BUT boy do I miss yummy changing rooms & having a sauna!! Huggaros!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0
