I ordered robbie williams new cd it never arrived emailed them 6 times to no avail 6weeks later hace still not received it or any reply beware!

I've used bangcd quite a bit and always thought delivery was pretty quick UNTIL I ordered a cd that came out towards the end of november and it took nearly two weeks to get to me. Saying that, cd wow have also been really fast but an order from a week ago has failed to arrive. Both places are in singapore (or around there) so maybe there is just an international mail problem?

Like dazneddy I too ordered the Robbie CD (on the 8th November) and preordered the Star Trek BluRay (on the 9th November) - money instantly taken from credit card, but since despite several email through their website (the only way to contact them!) I've had no reply or product. :mad:

I've now started going via my credit card company in an attempt to recover my money as I've had no response still, despite my last email requesting a refund.

If other people have actually received goods they've ordered - lucky you! - but my advice - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

have to agree here, my order from 15 nov hasnt turned up and they have not replied to numerous emails,so now out of pocket and a xmas present short.had no trouble with them previously though,but will NOT use again now
