    Evening Maz. Happy dongling :D

I've just been on the cross trainer again. I'm ashamed at only managing 11 minutes, 1 minute more than yesterday

I think autumn is creeping in Bookie, we just returned from our walk and I am warming up with a cup of hot chocolate options......brrrr

I think I am going to have to wear more than a vest top when I go out for a walk from now on.

I apologise for this as it is entirely my fault since i got my fan out of the loft finally.

I want to live in Blossom Hill land, that slide looks fun.

Speaking of fitness, I'm signing up to the gym on Friday, I know it's not very MSE really but if I'm spending the money on the signup then I'll use it because I hate wasting money.

Exactly Maz, and I'm hoping it'll help keep the SAD at bay over the winter. Speaking of, my bleeding alarm clock has stopped working, typical, it can't break in July when I could do without it! I hope they can fix it quickly.
