Just wanted to say thanks so much for post.

Mine has just arrived - really didn't expect in first place but then really, really, didn't expect at all as was ob. on some auto. e-mail list & got mail saying promo was over & if you haven't received yet go to so and so to hear all about it. Had 'mystery' parcel yesterday which amazingly had in.

Anyway, boo hoo & comis. Horace if don't get ........ but don't give up yet - mine arrived out of blue and as cheerfullness says (great name & great attitude by the way!!!!!!!) still might come.

Have got washing in as we speak and does smell nice and fresh - whole concept unmessy & convenient - unbelievable to have/try for free.

My ariel never arrived

I didn't bother contacting as I have never heard anything since that email asking me if I wanted to switch. Wish I just stuck with trying bold now!

Mine arrived the other day - actually on my birthday... think i was more happy with that then anything else (i know how sad )

We've just had an update on your Ariel Gel sample as there has been a delay on getting it sent out to you. We'd first like to apologise for this delay and can assure you we are doing everything we can to get these to you as soon as possible. We are sure you're excited about discovering new Gel for yourself, particularly after reading the comments on the site from our Bold trialists.
We have been assured that these are now being packed up and sent out so you should receive yours early next week.
