i have been maid bankrupt in scotland but live in england, but trying to get it overturned, is it any diffrent for them or do they need to make me bankrupt in england?

i was maid bankrupt on the 6th aug , i did not know anything about it. i am a caravan park owner in scotland and it was for an outstanding water bill that had been getting sent to one of the residents on the park and he had not handed the invoice/or paperwok over to me, so i gets a phone call from my solicitor last tues to tell me the news, i was shocked and asked to apeal as the adress they had was wrong. so i have to go and see the trustee on wed to give them a list of my assets. but as i said i live in england so can they come andd take stuff from my house? or do they to apply for a court order.
