They're quite good with cancelling, i phoned up on the day of my expiry (couldnt get through on the previous day as kept going into queues and being cut off before getting to front of queue) and although they had charged me as it's automatic, they refunded me straight away and i also have an extra month of my credit file too.

I had same problem but I was trying to cancel on the day and it was a bank holiday weekend! lol
They still cancelled me, and refunded me the money! Top service in my opinion!0 -
I've used both Creditexpert and Equifax for the free trial. I cancelled after 3 weeks and received an official cancellation letter through the post. AFAIK I've not been charged for either. I also tried to claim £5 cashback from Topcashback.co.uk for one of them and that seems to be processing OK.Happy chappy0
