Cost of Full Letting Management

Does anyone have ways of reducing the cost of management fees for letting. I have 2 apt in Birmingham and a house in harrogate fully managed by letting agents. Is there tax effecient ways of saving money? Should i begin to think about setting up a company to hold these properties? Would this help or cost more? Thanks for any advice.
