If you had some of this unopened after the date would you still use it?
If so,once opened,how long would you carry on using it?
(Mine is the unflavoured pea protein isolate).

I'd look in the health food shop at the sell buy date on new cans and if it lasts years I might risk it, if it only lasts a short time I'm not so sure. Normally such things will state on the tin how long the stay fresh once open if not, ring holland and barratt, they know everything.0

Also got creatine monohydrate tablets unopened (best before end 19 1 09). Cannot remember when I purchased these.
Would these still be "safe" to use?0
