Aw thankyou so much for your kind words, I only have a few photos but the others have other people in them so I don't want to post those.
There was a terrible rainstorm on the way to the venue thought there might be flooding on the roads, we also got hailstones which was a bit mental but the weather brightened up enough & didn't spoil the day, which really did go in a blur, so glad I made a point of taking a few minutes out to survey everything & take it all in during the day. We did manage to speak to everyone but not as much as we would have liked. The children were all brilliant, I think they made the wedding, you won't have an empty dancefloor if you invite children, it was a shame my niece couldn't come. I've heard that 3 of my friends had a go at my brother & his wife re where their daughter was. My stupid brother actually told my best friend who had made a 1200 mile round trip with her 2 & 4 yr old girls that the journey would have been to far for her. Cheeky git it's about 40 miles & she went to Spain last month which is a wee bit further. I didn't moan to any of my friends about my niece not coming so I'm not sure why they had a go but none of them told me til afterwards so nothing I could do.
I was a bit miffed when my brother refused to take any cake when the left (early!) as they are on a healthy eating plan!! & that his wife actually left without saying goodbye, which I thought was rude, but the day was so brilliant that wee things like that didn't bother me at all.
So many friends & family had travelled so far to be part of our special day, it meant so much to me.
The meal was lovely everything about the hotel was great, the staff were so friendly & helpful especially during the day, really cant recomend the Park House Hotel in Dundee enough. The honeymoon suite was gorgeous I was so surprised the hotel looks nice but small & traditional, but the room was like something from a posh boutique hotel that you'd paid lots for. We got it free as a gift from the hotel.
I did worry about everyone having a good time but as my friends mum said, if anyone didn't enjoy themselves it wouldn't be my fault it would be down to them.
    Booo!!!

The evening do was great too but a bit disorganised despite telling people it was 7 for half 7 they mostly turned up around 8, quite a few who had said they would be coming didn't turn up.
My cake ,which was from M&S was stacked cakeboards & all on top of 1 another, it didn't look too bad so we just left it (nb the thin piping on M&S cakes so fragile you just have to look at it and it falls off the cake).
The cake cutting & 1st dance photo thing gave me a wee insight into what it must be like to go to the oscars or live Britney's life there were so many cameras & flashes it was scary.
After that I had to go & change into my backup dress my proper dress was getting a bit hot & I found it difficult to sit down in. The other dress was lovely on, not sure if anyone took photos of that, would be nice to see.
The next day we picked up our dd who had been away from both of us for the 1st time overnight ever, picked up some stuff for a picnic & met up with my friends with children in a local park where we had a lovely time & were able to chat properly & the kids were able to run around & play. That really rounded the wedding off wonderfully.
    Booo!!!
