None regular or guaranteed overtime

Hi we have just had an IPA set for both of us, my hubby was off due to illness 3 weeks ago which because it was only a week did not inform OR also my bonus for Sept will be far less and business has gone slack, however my hubby worked away which involved overtime last week and has been informed he may be away next week but amount he will earn approx will probablt be a bit more that what we will have lost due to illness and bonus, as this is a one off do I need to fill in new IPA forms if so what % will they take

Just read letter that I received confiriming IPA which says the following:-
That I shall notify OR of any increase in income within 21days of becoming aware of this however my OH will be doing 2 weeks overtime due to the nature of the job do I need to advise giving the fact that loss of 1 eeks income 3 weeks ago and my bonus being reduced in Sept does anyone know if I have to advised OR as this is a one off overtime and not an increase0 -
