Which watch...?

Just because I can't buy all three! I'll be buying from Amazon not H Samuel by the way... much cheaper. ;)

Bear in mind that I'm 18 and have very tiny wrists! Will be needing to have quite a few links taken out of them.

Bear in mind no one knows what you look like or even what you like.
Why dont you choose the one you like best?

The last one as it's the cheapest. I personally think paying over a hundred pounds for designer bling is obscene but I know lots of people do pay this kind of money and more for stuff like watches and handbags. I especially think that 18 year old shouldn't be spending this kind of money on watches etc but I'm old fashioned.

My Timex watch cost £15. It's 8 years old and I've just had the battery replaced. Excellent value for money and no it doesn't look cheap.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

If you are going to purchase one of these watches, do it online through Quidco where H Samuels gives 12.5% cashback!

  • If you've got small wrists, you'd be best to buy the watch from H. Samuel as odds are you'll need links removed, which jewelers will charge you for, however if you buy from H. Samuel, they shouldn't charge you for removal of appropriate number of links...at least they didn't when I used to work there.

I'll also recommend looking at the Citizen Eco Drive range...around the same price band, some really nice "sparkly" ones like the ones you picked out, plus they don't require batteries. I'm a big, big fan as you've probably guessed, but for the DKNY you're paying for the name more than the quality of the watch, whereas citizen are really, really good quality. I've known people who've owned a citizen watch for decades.

I love my titanium Rotary watch. I bought it years ago and still love it. A classic watch never dates.
It cost £99 but so far I've had it 10 years.

  • I like the first one best, although maybe a bit bling for everyday so I would probably buy the 3rd one.

Let us know which one you choose!
