quick question,
I know that when I go BR all of the joint debt will fall to my ex husband, however does that mean that when I go BR I am no longer financially linked to him, or will I be until he repays the debt?
I hope that makes sense.

His credit files along with yours will still show an association.......you would need to contact all three credit file companines and file a notice of dissasociation (they usually will do this for free)We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
