Following my last search Manchester BS have withdrawn the product we were looking at - just before we were ready to do the deal!

So...does anyone know of any current 20yr+ Fixed Rate Mortgages out there? House value of ~£215K, mortgage of ~£85K required.

    You used to be able to buy a lifetime Cap. Would that suit your needs? I'm sure if you googled it or asked an IFA they could advise.

    Can I ask what has made you want a 20yr fix when your ltv is so low? I would have thought considering the amount you owe thatyou would be able to pay this off quicker than 20yrs considering you have clearly already gone a long way in covering the cost?

    Just a question as i am interested in a 10yr fix but am now thinking a 5 yr would be better as I dont know where I will be in 10yrs, thats a long time!
