Hi
we're coming to the end of our fixed rate deal with the Nationwide. We have 27k outstanding and feel we could pay this off within 5 years. I'm totally confused with the pro's and cons of fixed rate, tracker and variable. I'd really appreciate some guidance on the best way to pay off this outstanding 27k. i'm happy to pay up to £500 per month. Any help would be gratefully received.
