Hi, I have about £50.000.00 worth of debt in unsecured loans, if i go bankrupt will i lose my flat even though it has no equity in it.

Hi there, I'm not an expert but I believe if you are not in arrears on mortgage you should be able to keep your flat. Seek advice from the debt charities e.g national debtline & CAB. Good luck.2019 MFW No. 74 £13700/£30000 (45.66%)
