This battery charger is selling for £3.99 at Netto from the 1st of May. It looks like it includes four 800mAh NiCad batteries. At this price its cheaper than buying 4 batteries.

Actually 1300mAh NiCads.
Even so better to go for Ni-mH these days for higher capacity and no memory effect.
