Right I spent £18.43 including phone topup with pigsback boots voucher. They accepted my double points coupon.

    POINTS RECEIVED 73
    DOUBLE POINTS COUPON 73
    TRIPLE POINTS 147
    = 293 points

so effectively 4 x base points, plus received skincare voucher which I didn't know about - thanks.

Grrrr. Why does this happen just days after I spent £60 on boots.com for a bathroom scale?

You can re-order and send the original back post free (i.e. at Boots prepaid expense) for a full refund.

Is it triple points at Boots on Bank Holiday Monday as well or is it just for Saturday and Sunday?

Why don't you try ringing customer services , you never know, they may have a helpful suggestion like a few points added to your account.;)

Can't you go on and cancel your order, then reorder? Look at your orders in your account and see if it is still available to cancel...

Has anyone has any success using the double points voucher and got triple points?

After looking online, everything I wanted was out of stock...so I ended up going instore which had a triple points too. I handed over my double points coupon and the SA said just hold on to it. I said oh no it will work fine and lo and behold it worked.

Does any body know if the Clarins offer of 1000 points on any 2 products will still work with it being triple points weekend? If so, then there a lots of stuff under £15 in the clarins range. This could be a good time to stock up.

Actually, just called CS to check this. It wont triple the 1000 points, just the base points, the 1000 points are an extra. Damn! I thought I was onto a winner there! lol

I made a post in the main boots thread asking if if I grabbed 2 products instore, IE. the cheapest, 2 deodorants £11 each, and went to a till other than the one near the clarins stand, whether the till would automatically add the 1000 extra points. The wording of the signs instore suggests you only get the points on items "recommended" by the clarins sales person and that one item has to be "skincare", of which I am guessing deodorant would not be classed as skincare.

I suppose I'll just have to grab, take to the till and ask them to check if I'd get 1000 extra points, and if not don't buy lol.
