I lost 7 1/2 stone
Ive been on our local radio and in our local newspaper this week so I thought I would share with you too as a bit of motivation for anyone trying to lose weight at the moment.

I signed up to Sureslim - it is quite strict but is all healthy food thats keyed up for you. You have a blood test done at the beginning which checks things out and then you avoid or increase the foods they decide are important.
You have a big selection of food that you can have and there are lots of recipies around that you can follow to keep you trying new things.
Its a no bread, potatoes ect style diet and I was always one of those people that said OMG there is NO WAY I could do that. But you can. Its amazing how you can do it.
The weight loss is consistant too - They expect you will lose on average 10lb a month. That helps keep the motivation higher as you are basically dropping a dress size quickly.
Its not cheap but I think again this helps make sure you are doing it for YOU and also that you are going to stick at it.
We all know what we should do but doing it is another matter isnt it.
I found this the key for me - it worked. I also know quite a few other people that its worked for too and that was before I did it. Since me doing it Ive found lots of really successful people too - amazing it really is.
