Lender & Survey

Options
Hi,

I've just recently had a bid accepted on a property and had the survey done. My lender (co-op bank) will obviously want to see the valuation but say they need the survey printed out on co-op header paper.

I've phoned my surveyors (Barr Brady in Scotland) and they've informed me they don't have co-op headed paper and that co-op need to send this through to them via either the Valuation Exchange System or the Quest system.

I've since called the mortgage consultant at the co-op back and he isn't aware of having to do this and says the surveyor has done this with them plenty of times. The surveyor agrees but says they need sent the correct paper to do it on.

I've since not been able to get a hold of the mortgage consultant in branch for just now and am trying to get this sorted before they print out the survey on their paper as I'd end up having to pay the co-op the usual £60 or so for changing it to their paper.

Just wondering if anyone has dealt with the co-op on this before, or has any advice or suggestions on how to get this done? I thought maybe calling the main number for the mortgage call centre and asking them to send them on and see if they know about it?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Graham.
