ive had an 120,000 offer accepted on a house.
what are the best rates available if i.......
. put down 30,000 as deposit.leaving me a 90,000 mortgage over 20years on a 5year
fixed rate mortgage. 75%ltv
. put down 24,000 as deposit leaving me a 96,000 mortgage over 20years on a
5 year fixed. 80%ltv
im tempted with the latter because i can put that 6k away for a rainy day.
