Hello,
We are in the process of buying a house funded by Beacon homeloans.
We have received an mortgage offer and are waiting for conditions to be sorted before exchange.
Is there still a chance our mortgage will fall through at this stage or is it just a case of waiting for all boxes to be ticked.

We too are also in the process of applying for a Mortgage from Beacon. I was just wondering how long it took you to get your Offer from Valuation?
As you have receieved your offer i dont think the Mortgage has a chance of falling through...0 -
