  • Today,

I saved DD's dinner money by bringing her home for lunch - used frozen bread and left over tuna for her sandwich. Did have to give her £2in sponsor money though.
Went to Sainsburies cos they have cornflakes at 1 pound - but spotted 2 for £3 cheerios and shreddies - should last a month or so.
Got reduced rolls and finger rolls - 15 p each - into freezer.
15p diluting juice - DD usually drinks water but her friend is cooming to stay
Only bought1 pt milk for kids breakfast - we are away for 2 nights at BF, so no spend there!
Wow, i am so impressed with myself - £4 in sainsburies - becoming quite obsessed with this , lol.
Realised too that I have 100 quid credit on egg card so will use that to cleear the tesco CC that I'd forgotten about.

Tomorrow - swimming lessons - already paid from last months salary - other kid bringing me 15 pounds as I had paid hers too - will put that into the mortgage pig that I want to make.

Also, today I took some cuttings from my front hedge to grow in back garden to provide some privacy next year. I had been quoted over 1K for a fence - now I am going to get some fencing for just the essential side - maybe £12 a board - need 6. So saving substantial amount of money. I just know I will feel happier in my garden once this is up!!

    Thats all folks.

I got lift to & from work so no bus fare again.

Used Quidco for stuff (thanks again for the advice lynzpower!) and have earned some cash to come back in May/June time.

    Found 5p!!

Hung washing on line - no tumble dryer use here today thank you.

Erm that's about it. Will hopefully have more tomorrow.
