Credit score question

Morning all, happy monday
I have a question about my credit score that i hope someone can help me with, please.
In Jan 2009, I had a credit score (callcreditcheck) of 3/5 (577). I got a copy of my credit score and realised that my score had been damaged by moving house 7 times in 5 years, but also there was 2 incorrect addresses on there, and not being on the electoral role. After almost 8 months of trying(!) I have finally got these addresses removed and got myself on the electoral role, but instead of improving my score, it has reduced to 1/5 (531)!! The only thing that has changed now is that I have opened a second current account, because I have a claim in with my bank and openined a second account in case my own bank suddenly closed my existing current account. The second account has had no actions for 3 months - is this damaging my credit score???? I can't think what else it could be, my debts have only reduced since Jan and I havenot been late with any payments. Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks

The score is a random generated number and means nothing so I wouldn't worry.
Now you are on the electoral roll that will help. Continue to pay your credit cards and loans off on time and you will be fine.
The score means nothing, it is the actual content of the file that is important.Vanquis- Limit £1250, balance £0
Capital One Classic- Limit £800, balance £0
Natwest Current Account- £800 OD limit, approx £600 OD
Loan- £3300, will be paid off by Dec 09
Student Loan- paid off Dec 09 (That's £150 a month extra! Woohoo)
Empire Catalogue Account- £750 limit, balance £300 -
Really? So you wouldn't close the second bank account?
Creidt scores are so confusing!0
