A few years ago I used it before a trip to Milan and looked at some of the webcams (traffic cams) including one small side street which streamed live for some reason.
Had a strange experience coming out of a subway in Milan when we eventually went - the location looked so familiar. Took me a few minutes to realise where I'd seen it before

I think you must have been looking at the 4th plinth - there's a season of 'human art' where the public can apply for a 1 or 2 hour (I forget which) slot to 'do their own thing' on the empty plinth."Never argue with an idiot.
