ipa question

I have just had a 3% pay rise, i have informed rtlu which has sent me out a new form to fill in.The first page asks if i have any dependents.I have 2 children which doesnt live with me do i put them on the form or not?And also the pay rise was back dated from april should i send them that pay slip or new slip with new weekly pay on?thanks in advance Roger

    Did you put your dependants on your first form? Why don't you post up your original SOA and we can see if there are any changes to make. How much was your surplus?
