The ET wont investigate the employer. they are just there to deal with the complaint which your g/f has. Make sure she puts in a claim for holiday pay as well.

So she worked fewer than 40 hours in 6 months??!! Fewer than 2 hours a week???

ive just worked it out properly lol

it actually works out at a total under payment of £279, she worked 13 hours a week with the occasional saturday
